I am wondering. . . I could afford a small aviary. I live in an extremely winter cold area. I suppose it would be safe through late Spring to early Fall. That would be about 150 days. Would it be worth the money and time. would it work longer if he could come into his cage through a window anytime he wanted. It seems like a great idea. He is a free flyer in the home. I would like to give him the best life possible. He tends to spend all his time with me. At night he obviously sleeps in his cage. His hours are a bit crazy. He goes to bed around 9 but he stays covered in his cage until at least 8. I don't know if I'm doing a good job with him or not. He seems happy. Because of his freedom in the house he is able to forage from place to place.
