Hey Chet
It’s good reading and looking at the videos that you provide.
I do learn a few and apply them to my birds. I have 2 cockatiel, male & female and 4 parakeets. Some days I play with them but they want to do their own thing.

Can we get a daily activity from you of what you do on a routine.

I think the tips you share are great and someday hope to purchase your training course. I have 2 very smart birds that would really catch on quick. Please keep this stuff coming. I watch for it all the time. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Chet, I was wondering if you could tell me where I might be able to buy one of the clickers used for training. I have a very lovable and adorable Cockatiel, Chico Suave, who I would love to train to do more tricks than he can, which are not a lot at the present time. He is very smart, so I want to try the clicker to see if I can train him to do more things.

Thank you in advance for your help, and I really enjoy the emails that I receive from your website, so thank you for them.

Tia

Hello Tia,

There will be a post tomorrow AM (eastern time) with a blog about where to find various clickers for your bird :)

Hi Tia and Jamieleigh,
Now that I know what a clicker is I seem to notice them at the check out counters at most every large Pet Store! They run a couple of dollars.
They are the very same ones People use for Dog target training. I have found that target training has been the biggest asset in Socializing my birds, and thank Chet for steering me in this direction with his Videos!
Hope you all are fine!
Nancy
