I have two Indian Ring Necks. One male & another is female. Do i need to separate them while training? One thing, they don't want to to eat anything without paddy, sunflower seed & very limited number of fruits like mango, banana& chili. They even don't eat any kind of nuts. So what type of food i can use as their food while training? (I haven't any availability of pellets in my country.)
Please help me.

My cockatiel is affectinate, talks a blue strea, plays and says peek a boo and jumps on me frequently and steps up. He gets into moods when he just bites, me, his female quieter tiel, and instead of stepping up, goes into attack mode.
Usually though, he comes to me for "cricket pets" petting we do and he makes a sound like a cricket, so we call them cricket pets. He knows what this means, has good understanding of much of what I ask him, and knows that Simone, his friend, can't talk and can only say tweet, tweet....so he does to her sometimes. This occurs when he is talking to her, and she says nothing back. He has a whole routine, and undertands questions I pose. But this out of the blue biting mood drive me nuts. Any thoughts? Also likes to cuddle. Any time I hold Simone he comes running!
