I would never let him have any of the flowers because they come in sprayed with all kinds if stuff, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizer, to name a few. So I would warn people about letting there birds chew on flowers not promote it. It is hard to find organically grown fresh flowers. Then they are also placed in a preservative solution before they are delivered or taken out of the store. I hope you read this and heed the warning.
