		<description>i have a military macaw he is a rescue and all he will eat is the crap from petsmart . I can cut up fresh apples oranges not al of oj but pears and fresh veggies and he throws them on the cage floor like a child and arrrrgghhhh drives me nuttts help someone help a pretty goot macaw hates my gf though but is somewhat mild tempered i have large bites on my shoulder from when he fisrt come home now all he does to me is nibble as if to say not now i dont wanna do that so i let him alone but he copies all that i do so anyone with ideas help pls thanks</description>

True.  You can use a 3% food grade solution to clean you veggies and fruit.  Use about 1/4 cup to a sink full of cold water.  Soak leafy veggies about 15-20 minutes and thick rinded ones about 20-25 minutes.  Rinse, and you&#039;re good to go!  Thanks for the tip!
