I wish everyone did - maybe shelters wouldn't be so full! It's important to know that not every bird has the issues that Linus had, as I mentioned, many of which I don't even know the origins of. Walking him through this difficult time, resulting in the wonderful friend he has become to me, was worth every ounce of effort. It has been one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences of my life.
