Hey Chet,

I have a Goffin Cockatoo named popcorn. he is stubborn and headstrong but those on a bird that sive are charming qualities. Anyway, when I try and get popcorn to step up, he either nips at me or put one foot on me and by the time I tell him "Good Boy" he bites my arm OW! BUT (and this is an interesting twist) It's only when he is in his cage. When he is out of his cage I can get him to step up with a little chasing (I have to move my arm around or else he goes somewhere else on his cage. he has a play top on his cage). I was wondering if this would work for his situation or do we need a more "creative" solution.
