Pet Shops Get Caught This Halloween

For the past several months, my brother and I have
been planning a 'TOP Secret' mission designed
to expose the immoral ways that pet shops and
breeders are selling parrots in our society.

I won't go into all the literally 'Gorey' details
about how parrots are being sold and mistreated in
virtually 80% of the parrot shops we've survielanced...

... those details are still confidential, and the
release of that intel would compromise todays mission.

So for now, you're to operate in the dark, and await
future orders pending the outcome of todays mission.

But I can tell you these 3 things...

--> This email is NOT a Halloween joke -- We've
spent a lot of money on some pretty fancy
gadgets to make sure we capture 'intel' that
will expose how bad pet shops are selling
parrots.

--> We WILL be providing you with VIDEO proof --
of our missions 'intel' upon successful
insertion and extraction from these 'Hot Zones'

--> You will be recieving a 'Top Secret' field
report with full intelligence details within
the week.

--> Once I expose these details I am certain to
create many enemies -- forcing me to go dark,
and rely on you (my best field agent) to help
me get this intel into the public's hands.

This is TRULY the most daring thing I've ever done.
Going into pet shops and literally spying on them to
expose their bad practices will be very nerve racking.

We'll have to be extremely careful not to get caught,
and will need the best of disguises to keep from
being exposed. That's why we picked Halloween -- We
can dress up as spies and nobody will no the
difference ;-)

So for now, lay low, have a great time scaring your
neighborhood kids this year, or keeping yours from
being too scared, and I'll do my best to update you
on our missions success in a few days.

Wish me luck Agents,

Agent "C" out!
(short for Chet)

P.S. I want it to be VERY clear that this is not the
typical, "Save the Whales" type of mission. I'm not
an over the top environmentalist whacko... and what
I'm about to reveal doesn't even attempt to go there.

I have found many environmentalist organizations
extremely invasive into my rights to own parrots,
and I'm against many of their overbearing policies,
as they nearly stole our Cockatoo on a trip back from
the Caribean.

Instead I welcome you to follow me along on this
mission and let it open your eyes as to what breeders
and pet shops you should start avoiding -- and
discover tons of tips and tricks for spotting the few
parrot shops that go above and beyond, to raise
parrots the right way.

I promise it'll be a fun, informative and eye opening
adventure for both of us.

  • There is a pet store in my area that makes me want to cry when I go in there. The birds are housed in horrible conditions. There are several that have been there for more than 10 years. I think people have realized that if we buy the ones there they will just bring more into this horrible place. I go in on occasion to talk with them and spend time with them, but it is so heartbreaking. I hope that what you do helps all birds in all pet shops around the world.

  • I've recently purchased a blue quaker from a woman I've known for a while. She also works at a pet shop that is very caring for the animals they sell. She quit PETCO because of the lack of intelligence of the owners/managers regarding proper bird care!! She also rescues and owns 28 parrots that people just discarded, got tired of the screeching or couldn't handle them. Hats off to THIS store.
    Good luck on your mission!!

  • Good luck with this. The world should have more people like you. It takes effort to stop abuse and I commend you for going to those sad places. I'll be here to support you. S. Thomas - Canada

  • A Atlanta TV station did a story on a local "Little Pet Shop of Horrors". This Pet Shop has been in trouble off and on with the State for at least 6 years but somehow remains open for business even though sales dropped tremendously after the story aired. I have seen birds walk on top of their water because it was full of filth. There was a Military Macaw in the store for 2 years that I know of that was so abused it would take your finger off just to relieve it's stress. The Macaw was offered to a shopper (for a great discount) that had small children with her and had never owned a bird before in her life!!! She was smart enough to pass but what would happen if she had taken the offer? Would the bird suffer more before her children were hurt?!!! I support you 100% to do what ever you can to stop this!!! GO GET THEM!!!!!

  • I have brought several pet shops down, and will again. I am NOT the most pleasant person out there, but will no longer stand for the abuse I see.
I am an animal communicator, ask the birds themselves, get many comments on care and/or lack of it from them.

send in more of my kind. We are devastating to the business.
